Hi there!
Wanted post this topic as I realised that ebay sellers are charged four times for selling their items on ebay using paypal.
First ebay seller is charged twice by ebay: fixed rate of insertion fees and when item is sold final value fee. Then seller is charged again by paypal this time: up to £1,500 3.4% + 20p.
So we as ebay sellers are charged in fact four times. What's not pretty fair in my opinion as it's fair to be charged by ebay for using ebay website to sell your stuff. But while it's ok to be charged for it, then again ebay is charging you flat percentage of final value - I'm asking why, as you have been already charged. And to receive your money you're charged by paypal which on the same condition flat percentage rate plus fixed rate.
Please share your thoughts as it deals with many of us.

I totally agree with you its bad that we as sellers have to pay so much. I was told by an ebay adviser that there are more than one paypal account, possibly one that doesn't take such a high percentage. I am going to put up my prices as I feel that's all you can do
