Unfortunately there are many buyers who prey on new and old sellers alike in order to obtain goods by deception and dishonesty by claiming an item has not been received, or is not as described, or both in my case - even with proof of postage supplied and several photographs of the actual item.
There is a simple formula to this which is:
buy > pay by paypal + complain = receive goods and refund. Magic!
Even with proof the seller is guilty until proved guilty.
