So I bought a phone through PayPal on my eBay account using a guest account on accident. It has been the biggest nightmare and I need help. So I wasn't happy with the item, so I contacted the eBay seller and was told to contact PayPal because I bought the item through a guest PayPal account. I called PayPal and filed a claim to get my money back. The claim was ruuled in my favor. I was then sent an email on how to submit my tracking information, but if I never had a PayPal account to begin with, I'm not sure how to provide my tracking information. I have already sent the phone back, I just don't know where to send the tracking information to confir that I really did send the phone back so that I can get my money back.... HELP PLEASE!
