Printing postage labels with Paypal

What is the matter with Paypal postage?  I have 10 items to post.  It prints 3 of them and then starts to play up.  WHY?  I come out of Playpal and go back in through Ebay and sometimes this works but not today.  I am wasting my whole morning trying to print postage.  I have turned off pop up blockers, I have turned them on, I have tried the reprint label, nothing but nothing works.  I am in Windows Explorer, should I be in Chrome?  Has anyone got a solution?  It is driving me mad as it seems to be happening everytime I try to print postage with PayPal.

I did not realise it was still down, I have been using it since wednesday evening and managed to post 73 items. I have had the odd "paypal is not available" message, but I click continue & if it doesn't work I refresh page or start again. I will state that I have been unable to use paypal postage in Chrome and I am using Internet explorer.. Hope it works for you soon 😞
