Not sure if anyone else is having same issue but I've not receiven any payment notification emails for sales through my eBay shop since around 1100 today (there have been sales since then, which have beee paid for by Paypal, but no emails.
Same thing here, around 4 hours delay in receiving the payment confirmation email from PayPal, this is happening every 3 to 4 weeks, needs to be sorted out
