PayPal Print Postage Label not working?

When I try to print a label, I am told I need to have a positive balance (I have over 50GBP) 

It tells me I should add a bank account (already added)

It tells me I should add a credit card (already added)

Is this broken?

Hey there,

You could try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser and attempt again. If it’s still giving you the same error then wait a few hours and any technical issue should be resolved.
