Is the whole pending payment system thats connected with ebay part of paypal? It says its OK to ship. What's next? and then it gives an option toprint a shipping label or add a tracking number. Normal? legit? please help asap

Are the funds showing in your paypal account balance?

If so are they showing as pending and if so click on it and see what it says?
