Recently I changed my email accounts from hotmail.co.uk to hotmail.com. I am registered with the .com on paypal and I changed it on ebay. I sold an item earlier and there was a problem with the payment. I have since worked out that ebay has got my old email address being used on the selling page. However in my ebay account the .com address is there. How do I delete the .co.uk and use the .com please?
You changed it on ebay but NOT on your auction DURING the listing process.
You need to do this next time when you list an item to sell then it should be updated on future auctions.
In the meantime if your buyers have paid to the old email addy can you re-add and verify it to your paypal account (as you can have up to 8 email addy on the 1 paypal account) and the funds should come with it.
