transfer money account limitations

Received mail eligable to transfer money. After accessing, not possible when adding a card and not possible on bank account. And yes i have contacted support and as usual they don't answer.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

This is an answer just to earn points. This is exactly what i wrote : "And yes i have contacted support and as usual they don't answer." If you can't answer a question just stay away from it.

I read what you wrote, you said you had ''contacted customer support and they had not answered''.

So as customer services are the only ones that can help you with withdrawing funds from a limited account then I posted other contact options where you may get an answer.
