how am I protected if I buy a caravan from China?

I am buying a Caravan (Travel Trailer) from China factory, do I will be protected if caravan reach my country Oman and not same as we agreed or not in good condition ?

Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
