Heello i have some techanical issue with my PayPal account.... I have created PayPal account .... But PayPal shows in my Dashboard . . "Your Account has been Limited" "You can't use PayPal anymore" tjis mesaage shows .... I have try to make different accounts but still this message shows please resolve Now

You have been permanently limited from using paypal unfortunately for whatever reason, doesn't help if you keep trying to open new accounts.
