Hello, i recently created my new paypal account because i saw that i had wrong date of birth on my previous and after that i made new one with correct details. Is there any possibility to revoke this permanent ban? I really didnt intend to make any fraud or anything i just wanted to make new account so i dont get any issues while withdrawing money.
And how can i contact paypal if im not from USA? I cant call their number from my phone from Serbia.
If you have a permanent ban on a paypal account then you would need paypals permission to open a new account or you risk that one being banned as well.
