I work with an unincorporated association in the UK which acts as non profit entity and are not required to register for tax purposes but are also not required to register as a charity. Our account is on hold as we are trying to get Paypal to agree to update our status and I have tried both the online message centre and the phoneline - neither of which understand the words "account status".
How do I resolve this - we have previously provided the required documentation as part of account verification but are still stuck an unable to access our funds
