Hi I was receive a notification on august 22,2024 i was supposed to receive an email to withraw my funds, but until now still not receiving an email for me to withraw it. Please check my account. It's been 6 months now since they hold my funds

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

However you have to wait until you receive the Paypal email citing you are now eligible to withdraw those funds.

Sometimes they confiscate funds if you have violated their acceptable use policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Yes I know, but the support agent message me regarding when to withraw my funds, on april my funds was hold due to account limitation and I emailed paypal about that on july, and they replied that on august 22 you will receive an email for you to withraw your funds if you will not receive after that please contact us. But i don't know why until now i haven't receive any email regarding to withraw my funds. I already contacter them, but if i may ask do you know or can I ask the email address of paypal support? Can't reply to their message. Honestly I badly need this funds.

Thanks for that information, I do appreciate it. But when the time I chatted the customer service it always says that there is no available customer service? Even though it's working hours. There's no other option for me to chat with the live representative.
