Scammed by Tickets-Center, Ticket Fulfillment and Pay Pal

I was essentially highjacked from a concert venue by Tickets-Center. I requested a ticket and was immediately charged via PayPal by Ticket Fulfillment for the ticket. I was charged $242 for what I later learned was a ticket with a maximum charge of $89. Tickets-Center did not even have the ticket and won't deliver one until the day before the concert. The Better Business bureau knows about this scam and you can be sure PayPal does also. As is their practice PayPal is happy to support scams.

I was charged $902 for two tickets that the seller bought for $79 each! The website came up when I Googles Hamilton, Hult Center, Eugene. And it resembled the regular Hult website. I clicked on "seating chart" and got a seating chart. I first chose 3 tickets and was going to be charged over $1000 for them. One of our party opted out, so I ordered two that I thought were $269 each. Too much, but when the bill was for $902 - I foolishly finishedthe transaction. I went back to try and see the invoice, but could not get into the main site. I tried a link that said "contact" it didn't work. I tried to reach the home page, it didn't work. I went out and tried to go back in, but got the original window showing 3 tickets - but nothing else. No invoice, nothing.

I called the Hult Center, found out that public tickets aren't on sale yet - despite extensive advertising - and that subscribers are buying now. This person bought a bunch of tickets at $79 and is selling them through Tickets-Cente website. Hult wouldn't give me the details about the person - how to contact him, etc - There appears to be no way to find out who the individual is, and how to make contact. I'm 80 years old and made a huge mistake - but I definitely had help making it. Ticket-Center has a phone menu that doesn't allow for talking to anyone about anything.

I plan to complain to the state Attorney General's office, and try to see if there is help for senior s who have been scammed. If you also have, make sure you do also - it will help. Wish I'd read this first!
