Hello. Community is the last resort. I
2 months ago my account was restricted. I contacted customer service several times and these are the responses I got:
Thank you for contacting us by email.
Please note that we confirm that your account is restricted. However, we are unable to verify the reasons for the restrictions on the account, which means we are unable to provide you with a solution for this.
What I can confirm though is that no matter how long this situation takes, you will be contacted regarding your account status.
We cannot, however, confirm when you will be contacted, therefore we appreciate your patience on this matter for the period ahead.

Then another answer:
We apologize, however, no action could be taken on the PayPal account at this time.
We respond on your patience on this, until the situation is resolved.

And a third answer:
If we had an explanation for you, we would have already done so.
We have no reason to hold such information.
However, in your case Sir, your only choice is to wait, once you receive the details of your situation, you will be able to understand.
In the meantime, the PayPal account will remain in the same state, account functionality will remain blocked until further notice.

So, I could not receive any response. Neither the reason for the restriction of my account, nor the time of the restriction, I do not even have the possibility of closing my account. Has anyone had the same situation? How to solve this situation? Thanks.
