I've requested a refund though paypal.the seller agreed as long as I paid postage back which I have done . The item was delivered 1 day ago I have tracking . PayPal now say there are investigating and asked for the shipping label with offial stamp on which I've provided paypal say there have passed it on to the back office team and will get back to with me regarding the response is this normal . I'm worried that the company is now saying its not there as its quite alot of money .

Did you open a paypal dispute or is this just between you and the seller?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did paypal find in your favour?

Did they tell you to return it trackable and provide tracking?

Does tracking show the item as delivered back to the seller?

Yes I opened the dispute . The claim was escalated and the seller agreed to full refund on return of goods . Have found out weather in my favour yet. Yes returned trackable. And yes item showing as returned to seller. Paypal asked for the shipping label which I've provided . I'm sure it's just standard just worried though as a lot of money to lose when a business been awkward there sold me faulty foods I've returned faulty goods at my own cost I just want refund .

ok then any refund is between you and the merchant as paypal did not make a decision on the claim.

The seller may voluntarily refund but if not then paypal may or may not find in your favour and refund under buyer protection.
