Has anyone been denied a claim cause seller sold a defective item for a car. I was just denied $200 claim and will no longer purchase on ebay.

What does this have to do with Paypal?

Ebay is a totally separate company.

If you opened an Ebay dispute and were denied then take it up with Ebay?

The item was purchased via ebay and used PayPal like I always do. I opened a resolution grievance since ebay guarantees full refund on defective items sold by sellers.

Omg are u ebay customer service. A resolution was opened with EBAY & WAS FLAT OUT DENIED. END OF OUR CONVERSATION.

Well this is a Paypal forum for paypal issues and nothing to do with Ebay.

I could give you further advice on what to do next but as the conversation is finished I won't bother.
