Problem closing my account

Dear PayPal Support Team
hope this message finds you well.
I am contacting you regarding an issue with my PayPal account, which is registered in my personal name. I recently opened this account to facilitate payments for my services.
When opening the account,
provided all necessary documents, including my ID, as part of the verification process.
And a bank statement. However, shortly after, I received a message stating that you are unable to continue processing payments for this account.
puzzled by this sudden suspension.

am keen to resolve any issues and ensure compliance with PayPal’s policies and regulations. Can you please provide more information on the reason for the suspension and any steps we need to take to rectify the situation?
am committed to cooperating fully and promptly to resolve this matter.
