I asked by an Email pretending to be like PayPal to close the Dispute to get refund and I closed the Dispute under 20 days and then didn't appeal during 10 days appeal period. No refund till now.

Please reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. When you click on Contact option in PayPal website, you will get an option to contact via chat and phone.
