Paypal account not accessable

This morning I had an unauthorized payment made through my Paypal account out of my bank account. I've tried to log in with my usual details and I'm unable to. It seems someone hacked my account and there's no way of reaching the Paypal call centre. I had to create a new PayPal account to access the forum. How would I be able to log in to my previous account to see who made this transaction? It's really frustrating if there's no help. Someone stole all my money through Paypal to do an online purchase. I have nothing left and need to go to the resolution centre and dispute but I'm not able to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
