WTF paypal!!! I made an order with Wish by mistake and cancelled it. Wish refunded my order but only half of the money was sent back to my account where did the other half go. Now I look at my bank account this morning and paypal has taken the original amount of $216 from my account again. Also I work with field agent and ISS, when they pay me through my paypal account, paypal shows a negative amount rather than positive. I need help really bad as i am now out close to $500 thanks to paypal
