Please I need a help on adding my wife debit card to my locked PayPal to remove my funds.My PayPal has been permanently locked for over one year and I have been emailed to being eligible to remove my funds but it’s giving me an error to withdrawing to my wife debit cause because my debit card is expired and I am too old and a diabetic patient so it’s hard for me to go down to bank
