I sold records on a website which cost 200 dollars with Free-shipping (Spent 50 dollars) The buyer said empty box is arrived and made a case on Paypal. I mentioned it's been weight two times in carrier Yamato and UPS and label saiy both 4.5kg net weight. Paypal unbelievably accepted buyer's claim only because he went to Police station and dond some process. I called many times to carrier that UPS donen't even claimed from him so far and he doesn't answer calls from UPS. He said he got contact to UPS and UPS can't help him, but it's not true. I got call again from carrier few days ago, they asked me UPS couldn't contact to him, please tell buyer to pick a call or get right number from him. Of course he doesn't answer me on website. I told all these to Paypay to claim and the claim's been rejected!! because he only went to Police station. What can I do? Is there any way to claim Paypal again? Thanks!
