I knew something was instantly wrong when my bill of about $51 suddenly became closer to $90 AFTER I made the payment.
I immediately tried to contact the company to say, "Hey, oops." NO CONTACT INFO.

Exactly the same problem. I was able to contact them as I tried to stop the transaction. They said to return it when it came which it eventually did. I sent it back to the supplied address and supplied tracking number as requested. That was 12/8. It arrived China 30/8 but has been in customs ever since. I have emailed several times. Originally there was lots of communication as we are encouraged to sort it out directly, but once my complaint ran over the PP period all communication ceased. This morning I tried again and had a reply that email address is permanently closed.
