How to withdraw money from a limited account after 180 days

How do i withdraw money from my paypal account which was permanently limited after 180 days are over. Am in kenya and am worried since a friend of mine told me they only provide withdrawal options to U.S bank account and in kenya we can only withdrawal via mpesa or equity bank (a local bank)

For normal withdrawals in Kenya you can use MPESA or Equity BUT if you have had a permanent limitation then the ONLY option you have to withdraw is to a U.S bank account.

Can i withraw money from my account without credit card? or can i use any other card from micro savings?

My funds are eligible for withdrawal after 180 days, but I am unable to do so because this is a Kenyan PayPal account and I don't have a US bank account. Kindly lift my restriction(send money option) to enable me withdraw to my linked Mpesa. Thanks.

Hello,
On 12 July 2021, my PayPal account was permanently limited and they told me I will be able to withdraw my money after 180 days, but now it is more than 180 days but still I didn't get any email from them related to the withdraw and also didn't get any option to do this. I am trying to contact their customer support but not getting any answer from their side. Is there anyone who can solve my problem? I will be very thankful to you.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18 + account is in your legal name + the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

Thank you for helping me. I contacted the paypal and they enabled the option to withdraw my money but I am facing one another problem. I want to transfer the money to my bank account but PayPal is not allowing me to link it. One account is already linked but I want to transfer money to my other bank account. Is there any way to link it? or if I contact to paypal they will they allow me to link the bank account. Please reply to this question as soon as you can.
