Dear PayPal team I have happening three years ago about my money USD 1,000 from about my cancellations and also my PayPal account is permanently limited no any received money and no any response from PayPal because my account is permanently limited and money is disappeared yet from my account please help me about take action to my account and restore it
You broke paypal rules by trying to use another countries paypal account.
So its highly unlikely you will ever be able to access your funds as they are in an illegally opened international paypal account when paypal isn't even available in your country.
