Help Needed: Unable to Withdraw Balance After Account Reinstated

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out for help regarding my account limitations
. My account was permanently limited around 7 months ago, but I recently received an email from PayPal informing me that the limitation has been lifted. However, the email mentioned that I still wouldn’t be able to transfer, buy, or receive funds.

Now, I have a balance in my account that I need to withdraw to my bank, but the transfer didn’t go through. I also tried sending the money to a friend, but that didn’t work either.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
