Has anyone bought anything from NOVANETAR?

I bought from Novanetar Store an Omron noninvasive blood glucose

meter through PayPal, they sent Pulse Odometer instead. I tried all

their contact methods and nothing works. I just wanted to know

if anyone in this community has had any dealings with this store?

If you could ever get a hold of them? Their email doesn't exist.

Yes! I just received what was supposed to be a blood glucose monitor but it was like yours a blood oxygen reader. I also tried to contact them with emails and phone calls but no one answered even though they advertise that someone is always there. So a message to others: stay away from novanetar!!!

I also placed an order for blood glucose meters and received pulse oximeters. I did email them and they replied offering 12% refund of the purchase price. When I declined and demanded full refund, they just stopped responding. Horrible store! False advertising products and scamming people.
