"Paid by Noname Noname"
I own a registered business. I keep logs to everything the customer buys. I sell digital items, so i don't need to know his adress for delivery. I only need to know his account id on my website.
Today i was looking through the payments and i see several payments from "NoName NoName"
If this guy opens a refund claim, I am afraid he can scam me or will paypal do something with him because he used a fake name ? Where can i Report him to paypal so paypal can ask him to update with his real name ?
I tried to contact him and he doesn't answer. I need to update the invoices with his real name.
