Hello guys I have problem with my PayPal account my account is access limited now asking me to provide photo ID while my PayPal is from United Arab Emirates and the I'd I have is Nigeria I'd please help me

Hi, u cant fix that beacuse when you are making account it s asking you to choice the country you probably used VPN and thats why.

Paypal is country specific and you can't use another countries paypal account.

If you are using an UAE paypal account to try and bypass the fact you can't receive paypal payments in Nigeria then it won't work and as you have found you will be limited. You won't be able to receive payments in Nigeria.

If you are in Nigeria and not the UAE then that account is lost to you and you won't be able to resolve the limitation issues.
