Account Hacked - Money Stolen - Transactions Deleted

Hello all

in 2020 and again in 2023 I've had hundreds of pounds stolen from my paypal account and the transactions have then been deleted... it seems to me they stole the money in small amounts over time and then deleted the transactions so I wouldn't notice... 

It almost worked... But because the transactions were so small over time, I used that time in 2020 and again in 2023 to search for hidden paypal fees and not a "hacker" and I certainly didn't think the money was stolen at that point...

I then noticed and taken screen shots of logins from devices that aren't mine, one of them is called "unknown" while the other is called "Safari" and I've never used a "Safari" to log into my account, ever... 

During my investigation I noticed that while they deleted the transactions, they didn't delete the total paid into my account and that's how I am 100% certain of the discrepancy and the fact the funds were stolen...

Before anyone suggests it... I don't have any subscriptions that would account for the losses  

So, any advise on hopefully catching these thieves or retrieving the stolen funds would be amazing

I also want to add... I can't 'report' the transactions as the transactions themselves have been deleted... Also there's no corresponding adds or subtractions from my bank account to explain this. Or any subscriptions that would account for this situation

I did however notice this... a 'freeze' inside both my paypal and bank accounts at different times over the years... when trying to click on things there is a inability for that section of the website to 'work' for example if I click 'logoff' it doesn't work... this has happened on both paypal and my bank (I even recorded it live on my phone when using my bank account... the 'logoff' was frozen/not working. I could click on and interact with anything and everything EXCEPT 'logoff' I don't mean it was taking time to 'load' I mean it was 'frozen' and not functioning, not even a circular 'loading' thing at the top left of screen.)

I add that as I am now 100% sure I've been hacked, based on my research and experiences

Before anybody suggests it YES I have added more security features to my account, including using a security key
