can't close account

why i can't close my account.

my account has limitations. when am going to close my account, I can't. it said before that "you should remove your bank card". when am going to remove my card it said, "you can't". the final result is I can't close my account. do you have any resolutions?? please help me quickly.

You can't close a limited account, you would need to resolve any issues leading to that limitation first if that was possible.
