buyee refund they won’t terminate my account or dispose my items

i’ve been refunded by paypal for a buyee purchase as the product was still in their warehouse but i’ve asked them to terminate my account and dispose my product that i bought and there no saying they can’t. what do i do, do i wait for the 60 day shipping time to be over so they automatically dispose my item, please help paypal

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! 

 

I understand you have been refunded. A refund will always be credited to its original funding source. This means if you used your card via PayPal to check out, your refund will be credited to the same card. More information on how refunds are processed and timeframes can be found here: Where is my refund?

 

If you have not been refunded, you may have the option to file a case, see: How do I open a dispute with a seller?
 

With regards to what has happened with your order, we would be unable to get involved with this I am afraid. You will need to work with the seller to come to an amicable resolution on this.
