I'm trying to fix my paypal, I submitted my ID and now its asking me to " provide purchase receipt from your supplier" and I don't know what that means.
I have only ever usedpaypalonce or twice, and I don't use it for business.
If you sold something then you are a seller and paypal want suppliers info, if it was just items you had around the house for example then just contact them and tell them that.
