account frozen

so recently ive gotten an alert that my paypal was having risky behavior, but when i try to resolve it it says who is my supplier. 
i dont sell anything so i have no idea why its asking me or how i can get past it

Pay pall has labeled me a RISK when they have my account locked with a plus balance of $96.36 cents. That is a theft and a crime against the elderly..i spent 2 hours providing drivers lisc and other documents they requested. The money owed was paid asap due to me not bring notified do to the virus. It APPEARS IT IS A BEING FOUNFD GUILTY UNTIL INOCENTUNT.
