can someone explain this to me,
without any warnings Paypal decided to deny me from Using MY MONEY, the money I worked hard to get?
now I need to wait 180 days to get my money (maybe I won't get it who knows)
before this message came to me I tried to change my account name.
so what are my options? they didn't even give me some options

I was also just informed with no explanation of a closed account. Have tried to contact PayPal to find out why. No one will talk to me. No explanation. Just out of the blue my account was accused of "risky business". My account was a personal account and when I checked my profile it had completely changed to a page I have on Facebook. Not a business page. Never sold a think using my PayPal account.

TL;DR
Same thing happened to me last week. They keep saying that the decision is final and won't even try to elaborate any further. All I used my PayPal for years is pretty much buying games on Valve's Steam and to have a subscription to services like Spotify and Discord. Only a week ago I had a donation from a friend to a stream I had a link set up on years ago, completely even forgot about the link and wasn't even aware it was still active, suddenly days later I've found out that my account has been permanently limited and no amount of sending complaints they just keep saying the decision is final. What kind of business pretty much tells you to eff off without a chance of defense? Truly, how is that fair and how are they still afloat with this kind of behavior towards their customers?
The most absurd part is that from that link I was donated a single 1€, out of which only 62 cents have been deposited onto my account - which I've even refunded. I had a 0 awareness that I had a donation and since it was holidays I didn't even check my emails until I went to buy something and the shop had an error message pop up about PayPal. I've noticed in one of their earlier emails, before being limited, I was being called a "seller" which I am NOT.
Thankfully it's not the end of the world, I can still use other payment options on other services I use and not rely on garbage services that accuse you of using their services for fraudulent or high risk behavior.
One more thing that I do need to mention is, they don't let you at least remove the personal data from their servers, ever, after the permanent limitation put onto your account. What kind of business, especially one that operates with other people's/business's money doesn't let you do that? You are opening up yourself towards a future potential data breach that could result in personal data of others being used for nefarious activities.
