My account has been permanently limited by Paypal and I have no idea as to why. I barely ever use Paypal however recently I have been wanting to but haven't been able to. I have not done anything wrong and I don't know why they have done this to my account. It is very inconvenient and impossible to find a clear reason as to why they have done this as they barely explain when I ask for any help. Please can you help me fix this?
