My workmates and I work part time online and we log-in to the same computer or ip address to access our accounts sometimes. Suddenly our accounts are being limited. Some of my workmates don't have a bank statement. It is very inconvenient.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
