Unauthorised transaction

Hello, I need help here as this is weekend.

 

There are a total four unauthorised transaction occurred shortly one after another without me opening paypal or any related shop. I didn't know how to report as I am new. And when I tried to contact on their facebook, there is no reply yet. What should I do??

 

I tried to report at resolution center but they are stuck at resetting password. It keeps on loading until now.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I've tried both facebook and twitter to contact them. As for the resolution center, the moment I submitted the report, they straight denying my report. What should I do? I didn't expect that they denying my claim without any investigation.
