Hello. I'm making this forum post to explain my situation here, as I cant get to the real support because of all I am receiving is an automated reply.
I have my brand store on etsy and as paypal is used a payment processor I managed my account and linked it to my store. After several orders, I managed and shipped them via my store but funds got "on hold" state and my account got limited too. I tried to contact support but I had no success with it, in the given reason above. I'm not as tech smarty and don't now as much with this stuff so I made an another account to try to use it with my etsy store and surprisingly after a order, funds got on hold again and this account got limited too.
Its a small family business store and for given reasons i cant do as much just to wait for this hold and account limitation, considering that i don't have any malicious activity from my side. So how can i sort it? Does someone can help?
Any needed documents will be provided for verifying stuff that's needed.
