Send my ID data to change my name from a nickname, now paypal blocked me

Hello, when I made my paypal account, 4 years ago, I put a nickname on it.

Now I have tried to change it to my real name, so I enter the option of "CHANGE YOUR NAME"

I have send the photo of my ID and a recent receipt of public services

and now papyal it's saying to me that my account it's blocked because my new name doesn't match with my previous nickname

In the same option of  "change your name" it said that you can change your previous nickname to a real name, so I wanna know why now i'm blocked AFTER sending ALL of my real documents, and because you are also blocking my money and all the methods to get it out

You can only change a nickname if it is part of your real name, for example if you are called Richard but the name on your paypal account is Rich which you use as a nickname.

If the nickname is totally different to your legal name then sadly you are out of luck.

So I can't use PayPal never again just for that, and they take my money or what?
