Does anyone know how to report a supervisor? He got mad at me and restricted my account as soon as I hung up on him. I was questioning, why after almost 20 years, are my funds on hold? He wouldn’t release them. Now instead of waiting 21 days, I have to wait 180 days. My account is restricted. TIA. I asked for his supervisor and he refused to tell me or connect me. He said he is the only one. I’ve never had any PayPal violations since day one, in 2006.
