Restricted Business Account for Freelance Work

Hello, my account is restricted. I cant receive payments from my online freelance graphic design job. I made the mistake of registering this account as aa business account hoping it will be better for this purpose. I cannot provide any of the supporting do uments because Im just an individual online graphic designer and not a registered business. Is there a way to resolve this. I believe it can be easily resolved by a human manual review since the amount of money coming to this account is very small and from a legitimate business abroad, which I can also contanct to provide proof of my ligitimacy. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Thanks! I will try twitter and facebook. The customer support from the paypal website said there are no available customer support personnel at the moment.
