Payment to online seller wants you to donate not pay?

Hello all I am thinking of buying a tool box but on the payment page it is sending you to paypal but it says Donate to the seller not pay the seller is this a scam website.

No idea about the website as don't know what you are using but no way would I 'donate' as you would have no buyer protection.
