Payap Balnce cant withdrawl after 180 days coz bank account unable to add after paypal get limited.

My paypal was permanent limited by paypal and they removed my bank account and said need to wait for 180 days .Since 30 august it was limited till feb 180 days got completed but i cant withdrawl funds coz i am unable to add bank account. I try to chat with paypal but no response and i try the indian customer care number that dosent work.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
