PayPal thinks I'm under 18

So I just joined PayPal a month or two ago, but I didn't originally put my photo ID in. When I did, PayPal said my account is permanently limited because it thinks I'm under 18, but I'll be 19 next month. Does anyone know how to fix this? I want to note that my photo ID is not expired and it does have my correct birthdate.

I think the point may be were you over 18 when you opened that paypal account?

If you were then it would not matter on the age you are now as it would always be considered an illegally opened minor account.

Yes, I was 18 years old 2 months ago when I opened the account and had never tried to open one before that.
