Partially Limited issue

Hello, on Nov 30th my PayPal requested me to provide information as it was temporary limited. AFTER I provided the INFORMATION they said YOU CAN NO LONGER USE PAYPAL since it was PERMANENTLY LIMITED. On Dec 1st they send me email that "We've partially removed limitations from your PayPal account" They then said I should provide more information to remove the partial limitation.My issue is when I log in there is no option of providing more information only the notification of Permanent limitation. How can you help me.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
