OK,
I've tried six times to add data to 'Provide proof of fulfilment' on the Paypal platform and it keeps timing out. After unknowingly being bumped out of the page, I suddenly find out that I need to log in again. Once I get back in the information is lost and I have to start all over again. Then the same pattern happens - it's soul destroying.
It is tremendously infuriating and actually quite stressful. There must be a better way - please help me. I am at my wits end.
