Hello my name is FULGENCE [removed] , I'm from IVORY COAST , my PayPal Account was limited for a reason i don't know... it's so frustrating to lost money like that for 6 months. I have to finance my activities and I can't do without money at the moment. Please see into my problem and get me feedback thanks. My regards

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
